By accessing the ag999 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. Your acceptance is recorded at the time of account creation and is updated each time you log in following a revision to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services available through ag999, including but not limited to: the ag999 sportsbook, live casino, slot games, table games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus products. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotions and will be communicated at the relevant entry point. In the event of a conflict between product-specific terms and these general Terms, the product-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that product only.

If you access ag999 on behalf of a third party or if you allow a third party to access your ag999 account, you assume full responsibility for ensuring that such use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws. ag999 accepts no liability for losses incurred by a third party accessing your account with or without your permission.

To register and use an ag999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ag999 does not permit any person under 21 to register, deposit, bet, or play casino games on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold ag999 accounts.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from ag999 or any other gambling platform that remains in effect at the time of registration or use.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ag999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to ag999's satisfaction. Any bets or winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be voided at ag999's sole discretion.

Each eligible individual may hold one ag999 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used. ag999 may merge or close duplicate accounts at its discretion and withhold any funds associated with the duplicate account pending an investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information — including using a name that does not match your government-issued identification, providing a false date of birth, or using a payment method that does not belong to you — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ag999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ag999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ag999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ag999 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, in response to unusual account activity, or as required by applicable law. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ag999 may result in the temporary suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

ag999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

All funds deposited into your ag999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. ag999 reserves the right to return deposits to their source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ag999 targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and internal security review requirements. ag999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.

ag999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ag999 is not responsible for any fees, charges, or exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to a security review period of up to 72 hours for accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal, accounts flagged by ag999's fraud monitoring systems, or accounts subject to outstanding bonus wagering requirements. ag999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any fraud or compliance investigation.

All bets placed on ag999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type selected. These rules are available within each product section of the ag999 platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute concerning the outcome of a bet, ag999's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

ag999 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, or minimum bet limits on any market, event, or player account at any time without prior notice. Applicable limits will be displayed within the relevant product section at the time of bet placement.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the ag999 platform are binding on both the player and ag999. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless ag999 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit facility for that specific market. The availability of cash-out is subject to market conditions and may be suspended at any time at ag999's discretion.

ag999 reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances: manifest pricing errors; events affected by match-fixing or irregular activity reported by governing bodies; technical errors resulting in the incorrect display of odds or markets; events abandoned or not completed in accordance with the applicable rules; or any other circumstance where ag999, acting reasonably, determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised.

ag999 does not accept bets from persons acting in a professional capacity, syndicates, or individuals using automated betting software. Any account found to be engaging in systematic, arbitrage, or professionally coordinated betting activity may have its bets voided and account suspended without notice.

ag999 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion ("Promotion Terms"), which set out eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to that offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the Promotion Terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ag999 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times on eligible markets or games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• Free bet stakes are not returned as part of any winnings. Only the net winnings generated from a free bet are credited to the withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are separate from the real-money balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of crediting unless the Promotion Terms specify a different validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

Any player found to be abusing ag999's promotional system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or engaging in any coordinated activity designed to generate risk-free bonus profit — will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and their account permanently suspended.

ag999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm among its player base in Bangladesh and all other markets it serves. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all ag999 account holders and take effect immediately upon activation via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the maximum amount you can deposit within the selected period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold beyond which no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a specified period of continuous play to prompt a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ag999 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ag999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, voiding of bets and winnings, and — where required by applicable law — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one ag999 account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information, including falsifying your date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that is funded by proceeds of crime.
• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence or algorithmic tools to place bets on ag999.
• Exploiting any technical error, pricing error, software bug, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or betting market to gain a coordinated advantage.
• Engaging in any money laundering or terrorist financing activity using the ag999 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ag999 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with ag999.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the ag999 platform, its software, or its content.

All content available on the ag999 platform — including but not limited to the ag999 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of ag999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ag999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any ag999 content without the prior written consent of ag999.

Any unauthorised use of ag999's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ag999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ag999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in odds, prices, or market information displayed on the platform where such errors have been corrected in accordance with these Terms.

ag999's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ag999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

ag999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of ag999's Privacy Policy.

ag999 may share your personal data with third parties where required to fulfil its obligations under these Terms, including but not limited to: identity verification service providers; payment processors; fraud prevention and anti-money laundering agencies; and regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.

ag999 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and ag999 cannot warrant the absolute security of information you transmit to the platform.

ag999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are material, ag999 may additionally notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of ag999 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using ag999 immediately and submit a request to close your account. Any bets or transactions already in progress at the time of a Terms revision will be settled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time those bets or transactions were initiated.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of ag999, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ag999 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ag999 with respect to your use of the ag999 platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
